2006 Pinot Gris

Our 2006 Pinot Gris underwent partial malolactic fermentation in new and neutral French oak, resulting in a rich and smooth, yet fresh and vibrant wine. Sourced from our three vineyards, this wine exhibits mature aromas of toasty vanilla and papaya with pear and butterscotch on the palate.

We leaf pluck the east and west sides of the rows in July and September to aid ripening. Timing is important with plucking as the grapes easily sunburn. We were very pleased with the berries’ flavour profile at harvest."- Lanny Martiniuk
