Hailed as one of the Okanagan's best white blends, Chorus was created to express the best traits of our vineyards' original 30 year-old white varietals. Difficult, if not impossible, to replicate in BC, this blend sets the intense aromatics of our old-vines Germanics against a tropical, mineral backdrop of Pinot Blanc.

Wine Profile
Tasting Notes

Layers of lush tropical fruits and perfume are abundant in this vintage. Fresh acidity balanced by a touch of residual sugar ensures a fresh, juicy wine.

Production Notes

After careful sorting at the crush pad, each varietal underwent a 24-48 hour cold soak; the Germanic varietals were allowed some skin contact before pressing to extract their finer aromatic compounds. Separately cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks, the wines were not permitted to reach dryness in order to retain a touch of residual sugar.

Food Pairing Notes

Chorus is at its best when sipped or paired with shellfish, light Thai curries or halibut.

As soon as I tasted it, I was immediately impressed with the light fruity perfectly balanced sweetness and the tickle across my palate. Truly a brilliant blend.

Yuuum, it is fun to try some varietals rarely found in BC. I immediately sense strong peach aromas, with light floral undertones. Light bodied, dry, light to medium acidity, with peach and pear flavours. Very enjoyable with a pleasant mineral, grapefruit finish.

Chorus IS the best white wine blend I've ever had.

More Alasian and Germanic than the single varietal Pinot Gris, meaning more fruit and sugar (of course, it is still a dry wine). This is a crowd pleaser. 4-star just because I prefer their Pinot Gris, which is more pure and minerally.

My absolute blend !!! It is light, refreshing, leaves no sour or tangy after taste. I hope they continue to make it.
