We are pleased to introduce our new white, Chorus, an unconventional blend that captures the intense aromatics of our 26-year-old Germanic varietals and Viognier, a younger vine of ours. The result is a fresh, elegant wine with a floral, tropical fruit nose, peachy citrus flavours and a refreshing streak of minerality. A touch of residual sugar is well-balanced by crisp acidity.
Our old German varietals produce amazing aromatics and flavours, but the timing of harvest is critical to ensure intensity of flavour without lost acidity. Chorus derives its fresh, juicy character from perfectly ripened fruit.
