Faux Pas Rosł 2008
Upon making a faux pas, one may blush a bright pink, not unlike the color of this rosł.
Our 2008 rosł is a saignłe of Pinot Noir cold fermented in stainless steel. 10% Pinot Blanc was blended into the wine to balance the Pinot's intense berry characters. With only a touch of residual sugar, this wine derives its richness from the fruit and remains refreshing to the palate.
The juice of Pinot Noir berries was allowed only fleeting contact with skins, resulting in a perfumed wine rich with strawberry and tangerine flavours. Our characteristic mineral "zing" peeks through raspberry and citrus on the finish. Well balanced and our best yet.
