Pinot Blanc 2008

From our oldest vines, a delicate, fresh wine with signature honey and pear aromas of botrytis-affected fruit

Pinot Blanc grows on the lower slopes of the Home Vineyard, where mists from the Okanagan river drift on fall mornings. The added moisture from these mists encourages botrytis growth (noble rot), which lends unique character and concentration to the fruit.

Sourced from 26 year old vines, 2008 Pinot Blanc offers aromas of melon, peach and honey. The palate is round, ripe and refreshing with green apple flavours and fantastic acidity that lingers long after each sip.
