Dark crimson in colour, this robust Pinot Noir has notes of dark cherries, raspberry, baking spice and earthiness. The attack is dark plum and licorice, with smooth delicate tannins and ample acidity to round out the jammy finish.

Winemaker Notes
Hand picked from our Home and Orchard Grove Vineyards, our Estate Pinot Noir is a blend of multiple clones. It is a true and genuine expression of our soils on the Black Sage Gravelbar. The grape clusters were de-stemmed without crushing in order to leave the whole berries intact. They underwent a short cold soak and a quick fermentation lasting 15 days before being pressed into new and older barrels. The wine then spent 15 months in French oak before being bottled in July of 2020.
