Returns & Cancellations
By law, we are unable to refund orders unless the wine is flawed in some way (i.e. corked). We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. We are also unable to accept return of wine that is ordered in error or was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment unless otherwise arranged in advance Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine and return shipping fees. If the original shipment was damaged, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 250.498.2226 for return instructions.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at the number above to arrange it. We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.
