Hand picked from our Home and Orchard Grove Vineyards, our Estate Pinot Noir is a blend of multiple clones. It is a true and genuine expression of our soils on the Black Sage Gravelbar. The grape clusters were de-stemmed without crushing in order to leave the whole berries intact. They underwent a short cold soak and a quick fermentation lasting 15 days before being pressed into new and older barrels. The wine then spent 14 months in French oak before being bottled in July of 2021.
