Almost always our last grapes to come in for the year, they were de-stemmed and lightly crushed into different tanks in order to keep each vineyard block isolated until the final blending. Pressed directly to a mixture of French and American barrels, these wines spent 15 months in oak, before being blended together prior to bottling in the spring of 2022.
